This role is crucial in supporting the Registered Nurses on an evening to enable patients to remain at home and avoid hospital admission.
You will support the Registered Nurse, responding to intervention call outs between the hours of 5pm and 10pm. You may also work alongside a colleague and visit patients to deliver planned care.
You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
It would be expected that you are available to work on a rota over 7 evenings per week, 365 days per year.
Your hours of work will be 17:00pm - 22:00pm. The role is based from Hunslet Health Centre, though it is expected that you travel across the city of Leeds during your shift to deliver patient care.
The contract is for a minimum of 10 hours (2 evenings) up to a maximum of 30 hours (6 evenings). Hours can be discussed prior to application or at interview as required.
