Vacancy Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Band 6 Operational Support Manager to join our Recovery Hub services across Leeds Community Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operational delivery of services across four Recovery Hub sites, working in close partnership with Leeds City Council (LCC) and wider system partners. This is a full time post of 37.5 hours per week and you will be expected to cover from 8am-8pm including weekend working on a rota basis.
The post holder will support the effective coordination, planning and performance of services, ensuring high-quality, safe and responsive care for patients within a fast-paced community environment. You will work collaboratively with clinical and operational colleagues to manage capacity and demand, support patient flow, and contribute to service improvement.
You will Monitor capacity, demand and patient flow, supporting effective use of beds and community pathway, you will support rota coordination, workforce planning and escalation of staffing or service pressures.
You will have experience in an operational or service delivery role within healthcare or a similar environment, Experience of working in a fast-paced, high-demand service and have the ability to work across multiple teams and build effective working relationships.
