We are recruiting a Senior Nurse to join our team in Morley.  Our service is at the heart of the NHS long term plan, providing more care in such as patients homes, whilst enabling early discharge from hospital and reducing hospital admissions. 

When you join us, we will work with you to develop your own personal development plan. We won't just stop there, we are proud of our career progression offer that will allow you to develop your clinical, leadership and preceptorship skills, supporting you to undertake training and offering the District Nursing Apprenticeship.

The service runs 8am until 8pm every day. We understand that people have busy lives, and we offer flexible work opportunities. 

Main Duties of the Job

As a Senior Nurse providing clinical leadership and overseeing the delivery of high quality care within a Neighbourhood Team you will: 

-have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate others.

-manage a clinical caseload and lead a cluster of Staff Nurses and Neighbourhood Clinical Assistants to provide excellent patient care.

-be dynamic, innovative, passionate and committed with experience of case management and multidisciplinary working. 

- work alongside District Nurses, Community Matrons, Ots
