Advanced Administrator

Vacancy Introduction


Advanced Administrator role, band 3.  Part time 25.5 hours per week, fixed term until September 2026 with the possibility of it being extended. This includes working weekends and bank holidays shared equally between all staff.  Shifts are between 7am and 5pm with 30 minute lunch break.  


The successful candidate will work with Systm1 which is a patient record system used by Leeds Community Health Care, training will be given.  The role is mainly across two neighbourhood teams in the South of Leeds, Middleton and Kippax but could be asked to support Beeston and Morley or anywhere in the city where LCH offers a service.  Driving Licence is not required but would be useful.


Duties include carrying out safety checks on Systm1 to ensure visits are not missed, preparing sheets  and pulling visits on Systm1 in readiness for the nurses to allocate visits to staff, dealing with tasks on systm1 which may include ordering equipment or e-Referrals. Maintaining waiting lists,  email referrals, answering the phone which may include helping the hub when short staffed, communicating with managers and colleagues.   Full training will be given.
