Vacancy Introduction
The Communications Team at Leeds Community Healthcare (LCH) is looking for a skilled individual to lead its digital activity on a permanent basis.
Alongside a clear record in managing, creating and putting in place digitally optimised content for a range of platforms, you will need tons of tenacity, a 'can do' attitude and an ability to balance conflicting tasks. You will also need a real pride and passion in promoting the work of our NHS Trust. If this sounds like you, please read on...
As part of this busy but supportive team, you will develop and manage the Trust intranet (staff internal website) and the Patient Information Hub (PIH). The PIH is the Trust’s new public facing website and we want to continue to make it more user friendly. You will also be responsible for working with the Head of Communications on social media activity and for co-ordinating and developing the policies, guidelines and training for the people involved in our digital output. Working alongside the System Configuration Specialist, we will need your creative energy, people skills and project management expertise to make sure our digital platforms, and their content, achieve real benefits for patients.
You will be as happy using digital platforms to create accessible information as you are having a chat with a client over a virtual (or real!) cuppa. You will be a ‘people person’ who enjoys working with service teams to achieve patient led content and be able to manage external partnerships with professionalism. You will be excited to show us how you use your communications and engagement experience, digital expertise and great project planning skills, to fulfil digital project briefs.
It is an exciting time to join the Trust as we invest in digital technologies to transform service delivery. There is a lot to do, but a lot to gain from the broad range of activities and projects you will have the opportunity to be involved with.
Please Review the Job Description and Person Specification Attached for full Requirements of the Role.
Adverts will close early where the maximum number of applicants is reached.
