ICAN Quality Lead

You will work closely with our Clinical Change Lead across the service managing quality frameworks; quality challenge plus; quality boards; developing and reviewing pathways, including implementing supportive guidance and training; managing audits including writing reports and presenting findings; Implementing recommendations from lessons learnt; completing EQIAs and assessing clinical risk including identifying and monitoring mitigation actions. A key aspect of this exciting role is leading on the ICAN service quality improvement work. The postholder will work alongside the ICAN Team Leads in Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Nursing and the ICAN Clinical Lead to develop areas of service improvement, supporting and influencing others to understand and implement change by using recognised service improvement tools. The postholder will require expertise and skills to ensure development, reporting and monitoring of performance on all new processes, guidance, SOPS and polices are in place, supporting the ICAN Clinical Lead with the clinical governance overview of the service. 

The postholder will also be responsible for  investigating concerns and complaints and developing key actions and learning from these, working together with the ICAN Quality Lead.
