ICAN SPA Administration Services Coordinator

Vacancy Introduction

We are looking for part-time (18.75 hours per week) who is enthusiastic and motivated individual with proven leadership skills.   

The successful candidate will supervise a team of administrators working with the ICAN Single Point of Access (SPA) team.

The main duties of the team include dealing with referrals, booking appointments, applying clinical rotas, receiving and dealing with telephone enquiries from service users or professional staff involved with a child and family. As a team coordinator the applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day line management of the SPA team, ensuring effective service delivery. You will need to have good knowledge on processes and systems to support service development and excellent communication skills to attend meetings with many other professionals involved with ICAN services.

You must be able to demonstrate experience of working in a busy office.  You should have good IT skills and experience of working to deadlines and multi-tasking as these skills are essential to the role.  You should have practical leadership/supervisory experience and experience of monitoring/delegating tasks/duties within a team.
